• Generating high-precision Vedic astrological charts and planetary recommendations based on classical Parashari principles.
• Personalizing the Prana Pratishtha consecration ritual with your individual Gotra, Name, and Janam Nakshatra before dispatch.
• Facilitating courier dispatch, live transit tracking (via Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC), and delivery confirmation SMS/WhatsApp updates.
• Processing wallet top-ups and billing receipts through our secure Razorpay integration.
• Responding to your customer support, warranty claims, and 6-month free replacement inquiries.

To ensure you do not have to re-enter your date and time of birth every time you explore different gemstones or bracelets, we utilize modern local storage and browser cookies:

• soma_astro_profile: Encrypted client-side storage of your calculated Moon Sign and Lagna Lord to seamlessly compute Muhurta alignments across product pages.
• soma_muhurta_lead_unlocked: Remembers your verified unlock state for auspicious astrological timing reports during your browsing session.
• Session & Cart Cookies: WooCommerce standard cookies necessary to maintain products in your shopping bag and authenticate login sessions.

You may clear your browser cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings; this will instantly erase all locally cached astrological profiles.

• Logistics Partners (Bluedart, Delhivery): Receive only your delivery name, address, and mobile number to fulfill parcel transit.
• Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Processes payments in a secure 128-bit/256-bit encrypted environment adhering strictly to RBI digital tokenization norms.
• Cloud AI Architecture (Google Gemini): Chat queries are processed via private enterprise endpoints without being utilized for general AI model training.

5. Data Retention & Your Right to Deletion (डेटा हटाने का अधिकार)
