2. Authenticity & Consecration Protocol (शुद्धता एवं प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा)

At Shubhum Kuru, we uphold uncompromising standards of spiritual and mineral authenticity:

• 100% Natural Gemstones & Crystals: We strictly forbid synthetic, laboratory-grown, dye-treated, or glass-filled stones. All certified gemstones are accompanied by an individual laboratory gemological certificate verifying origin, carat weight, and mineral purity.
• Authentic Vedic Prana Pratishtha: Every remedy, consecrated bracelet, and sacred yantra undergoes individual ritual shuddhikaran (cleansing with Ganga jal & raw milk), mantra chanting, and customized sankalpa during auspicious planetary horas at our Alwar, Rajasthan sanctuary before dispatch.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payments (मूल्य निर्धारण एवं भुगतान)

• All product prices listed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking). We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes across India.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if unforeseen astrological unavailability occurs or if fraud prevention triggers are detected. In such circumstances, 100% of the transacted amount is immediately refunded.

4. AI Astrologer Chat & Wallet Terms

• Pay-Per-Minute Model: Interactive AI Astrologer consultations are billed incrementally per minute (standard rate: ₹0.50 per minute) from your internal account wallet balance.
• Promotional Free Credits: New user signup promotional wallet credits (e.g. ₹10) are non-transferable, non-withdrawable into bank accounts, and strictly intended for complimentary AI consultation sessions.
• Recharge Expiration: Paid wallet top-ups never expire and remain available in your devotee dashboard until consumed.

5. Shipping, Transit & Delivery Guidelines

• Because our sacred remedies undergo authentic energization rituals and astrological verification, orders are typically consecrated and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.
• Transit duration via express courier (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC) is approximately 2 to 3 business days for Metro cities, and 4 to 5 business days for other regions across India.
• If an order arrives with tampered outer packaging or transit damage, the devotee is protected under our 100% Free Immediate Transit Replacement policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Protection (बौद्धिक संपदा)

All textual content, classical Sanskrit commentaries, astrological calculation formulas, planetary charts, product photographs, videos, logos, and digital software engines available on Shubhum Kuru are the exclusive intellectual property of Shubhum Kuru. Unauthorized scraping, copying, reverse engineering, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction (न्यायाधिकार)

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising from your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or dispute claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Alwar, Rajasthan, India.
